“Be kind in your actions…There are many medicines and cures for all kinds of sick people. But unless kind hands are given in service and generous hearts are given in love, I do not think there can ever be any cure for the terrible sickness of feeling unloved…Holiness grows fast where there is kindness, I have never heart of kind souls going astray. The world is lost for want of sweetness and kindness.” Mother Teresa

American Lutheran Worshipers:
In an earnest attempt to provide a safe worship experience for God’s children the American Lutheran Church/Filley Church Council have prepared these guidelines for those wishing to attend indoor service.
No shaking hands or hugging.
You will be ushered out of the sanctuary following worship.
Disposable wine/bread packages will be provided for holy communion for those who chose so.
Those with health conditions or with a higher risk of infection are asked to continue worshipping on-line or in their vehicles.
The Church Council are grateful for your support and input on future worship guidelines. We are prayerfully considering the optimum means to balance personal safety with our need for gathering as a community of believers.
